When you choose the Ultimate Care Package, your pets receive the highest level of care and attention, ensuring they feel safe, comforted, and surrounded by familiarity in their own home. With this premium service, your dedicated pet sitter will be with your pets for a minimum of 19.5 hours out of every 24, providing companionship, care, and continuity. This means your pets never have to feel alone for long, making it an ideal choice for those with separation anxiety, dementia, sensory impairments, or special medical needs. Your sitter will remain in the home for the vast majority of the day and night. However, they are entitled to up to 4.5 hours away within a 24-hour period for running personal errands, visiting friends and enjoying a short break. Beyond pet care, your sitter will also take care of essential household tasks, including taking the bins out, watering plants and performing regular security checks.

Flexible Care Package

The Flexible Care Package is ideal for pets who are used to being alone for longer periods and do not require constant companionship. Your sitter will still ensure that mealtimes, walks, and cuddles are never missed, providing all the essential care your pet needs while giving them the freedom they’re comfortable with. Your sitter will stay in your home overnight, providing reassurance and comfort for your pets. In addition to overnight care, your sitter will return to your home once or twice during the day for visits lasting 30 to 60 minutes each. Household support is still included in this package with the sitter taking your bins out, watering plants and performing regular security checks.
